i found the welcome lovely upon arrival. i opted for a room with a view of the alsterwith a good scene on a crisp day (the room had a desk facing the water). the location is quite convenient, a short walk from the central station, maybe fifteen minutes. the provided foods were lovely, paired with a very accommodating waiter.

the minibar was missing (i would have appreciated cold drinks).

I liked the spacious room. The separate bath and shower were convenient. The bathroom's location at the front of the room minimized noise. My room faced the back, so street noise was not a problem.

I noticed a distinct lack of usb ports in the room. It's a small detail, though.

The room provided excellent amenities including a HUGE bathroom and stylish decor. Staff members were friendly and offered a voucher for complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar. I found this gesture particularly nice. The location is convenient. It's very close to the main station. The views from the hotel are just amazing.

The room's lighting seemed insufficient. Even with all lights activated, the space remained quite dark.
